Erik’s passion is building, it started a young age. Erik Cole started building decks to fund his college education at Oregon State in the late 1980s. He worked for Contractors Warehouse, Cal-Pac Roofing and Houston & Houston in Colorado and Streimer Sheet Metal in Oregon. In 1999, he and his wife purchased a flower shop and Erik was in charge of maintenance and general repair for the complex that housed the shop. In 2000, Erik bought and restored an 1898 Victorian House. After 4 home remodels, he finally went out on his own and got his general contractors’ license in 2006. With Erik’s experience in home repair and remodeling, he truly understands how to get the best money out of your home.
